The user must select an email address, as his identifier (ID or login) and a password that he undertakes to keep and use with due diligence, being such login credentials personal and non-transferable.
In relation to the SMS services, the user guarantees to be the owner, subscriber or user of the mobile numbers provided and used for the SMS services and is responsible for communicating any changes in their status.
The user assumes the responsibility to keep all the information provided to Dynatec permanently updated so that it responds, at all times, to the real status of the candidate. The candidate is solely responsible for the damages caused to Dynatec or any third party as a consequence of any false or inaccurate statements.
Data Protection.
Your personal data (the one that you provide through this registration form in our TALENTO® database and those that you provide later through requests for updating data or through documents (such as resumes, introductory letters, certificates and other) will be treated with the most absolute respect for your habeas data and in line with the regulatory normative for the protection of personal data, with the final purpose of attending selection processes.
This means: a) that your data will be incorporated into our TALENTO® database of highly qualified engineering professionals, b) that your data may be shared with Dynatec® customers for the selection of professionals that best match the requirements of specific engineering projects contracted with us, c) that we will send technical and professional information, sporadically, which we consider important for you to keep updated and d) that we will ask you, at least every two years, to update your data. Unless you indicate otherwise, your data will remain in TALENTO® for a period of ten years from its last update.
During the selection processes, Dynatec® will or may make a profile of your personality, behavior, skills and abilities to see your fit in the description of the job for which your suitability is being analyzed. Once each selection process is finished, if you are hired, your data will be processed in accordance with the human resources privacy policy of Dynatec® which content will be communicated to you in due time. Otherwise, your data will be kept to meet future selection processes in the terms indicated herein.
Likewise, if you consent to it, we will request personal and professional references to the companies in which you have worked to date and we will notify these to the companies that request them. Except in these cases and in those legally authorized and required, the company will not transfer your data to third parties.
If you want to exercise any of your rights regarding data protection (access, rectification, limitation of processing, portability, opposition, deletion or any other), you can do so by contacting our Data Protection Delegate by sending an email to dpo @ dynatec. or writing to his attention to Dynatec, SA, Calle Bravo Murillo, no. 297, Portal 10 – 1º D, 28020 Madrid (Spain). Likewise, you can file a claim with both our Data Protection delegate, through these means, and directly with the Spanish Data Protection Agency. Remember that you cannot give us third party data and that you are responsible for the truthfulness of the data which you provide to us.
